Thank you for shopping with Women On Par! We are dedicated to providing precision, style, and efficiency, not just in our products, but also in our delivery process.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-3 business days/24-48 hours] of receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order Cut-off Time: Our daily cut-off time for processing is [2:00 PM EST/AEST/etc.]. Orders received after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All orders receive free shipping Australia wide. Please allow between 2-7 days for delivery.
Note on Delivery Estimates: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within [24 hours] of receipt.
5. Customs, Duties, & Taxes
Women On Par is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific details, as policies vary widely by country.
6. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Women On Par PTY LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Secure Tracking: Due to the high value of our rangefinders, all shipments are sent with tracking. If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it (stolen/misplaced), we advise you to:
